This place suits me perfectly. It offers great wi-fi, free parking, and a fitness center. I still remember how the staff helped me find my lost ring on my first stay, showing their dedication to service. I recommend trying the breakfast-it's filling and fresh! I'm coming back for Christmas.

The staff were courteous and understanding, excellent services. Having an air conditioning, bedstands, and a couch in my extremely spacious and trendy room was really great.
The room felt a bit stuffy and the bathroom was a little small.

Great stay, as always. Breakfast with a fair amount of options which is becoming rare in the current pandemic. Immaculate deluxe room with a couch. Magnificent location in a semi-industrial area, and 15 minute walk from Farmers Market.

The staff is attentive during breakfast.
The overall condition of the hotel is appalling. It's clear that this place hasn't been maintained for decades, with peeling paint and misaligned doors. The parking lot is horrendous. It's like driving on a motocross track. I felt completely uncomfortable just navigating the premises.

Hotel was clean, the rooms were nice, the a/c worked, free wireless internet. Waitress at breakfast buffet was very nice and courteous.
The fitness room was small and didn't have a good variety of equipment. The toilet was crooked. Paper and plastic cups instead of mugs for coffee and glass for water. No spare pillows in room. No hotel directory in room. Not much selection for the breakfast buffet.

I had the queen suite and I found it contained every creature comfort; sofa bed, coffee table, microwave, mini fridge and comfy bed! I also really appreciated the hot breakfast spread and they had a great dinner buffet (Friday) that had good selection and great value!
I wasn't crazy about the towels, they were a bit on the thin side and didn't absorb as well as I would have liked. The room/hotel is dated and could use a little sprucing, but totally worth it nevertheless.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Thanks.
I did not like that the windows/sliding doors couldn't be opened. I suffer from migraines, and I tend to get them when I don't open a window for fresh air. I was not aware of this before we arrived, or I probably would not have stayed at the HoJo.

The room was very comfortable and mostly quiet except for the trains from time to time. The free breakfast was actually much better than we had expected. The location was perfect for the venue we were attending.
There was no elevator which made taking our baggage upstairs to the second floor a little bit of a nuisance. Both by husband and I are Senior Citizens so carrying luggage can be somewhat of an issue sometimes. We could hear the trains, but we were able to sleep without being disturbed by them. We were told to use the back entrance to access our room more easily but the dumpster in front of that door put us off a little. Perhaps there might be a better place for it?
